Frank J Marretti III

FRANK

Frank has been involved in all aspects of construction and development from his early years. In 1992, he moved from his home city, Baltimore, Maryland, to Las Vegas, Nevada, where shortly thereafter he entered into the commercial brokerage arena. For the next decade, Frank was affiliated with two national brokerage firms: Marcus & Millichap, and Colliers International. During this time, he was twice voted Broker of the Year at Marcus & Millichap and was known for being the youngest broker in company history to qualify for the National Achievement Awards trip at the age of 25. From 1998 to 2001, Frank worked with both Institutional and Private Clients with Colliers International where he was also encouraged to head their Las Vegas Investment Services Group.

During the late 1990s, Frank was acquiring more assets than he was brokering and due to his successful track record, Frank transitioned his business to focus on real estate development and general contracting.

In 1997 at the age of 25, Frank purchased his first significant redevelopment project – a ±70,000-square-foot vacant retail building. Then, in 2001 he started his own development company focusing on commercial real estate development, land acquisition, redevelopment, joint ventures and general contracting. Frank employed nearly 20 professionals between his development and general contracting companies. He oversaw the projects, including the financing, acquisition, planning, leasing and construction.

Frank has developed a diverse portfolio of properties including retail, office, special purpose, multi-family, restaurants, custom homes and mixed-use properties. This includes but is not exclusive to a specialty for redeveloping infill neighborhood projects and ground-up construction. Frank’s most current project is a private/public partnership with the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV). The mixed-use project is located at 4700 S. Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89119 directly across from UNLV. The project includes retail, professional offices, luxury apartment homes, the UNLV Police Headquarters and a seven-story parking structure.

Today, with more than 28 years of experience in Las Vegas and the Southwestern United States, Frank continues to specialize in development, redevelopment and contracting. To date, Frank has developed, re-developed, purchased, financed and brokered projects in excess of $1 billion.
